1. Kiyanivsky Lane $68 Residential development overlooking the historic Podil district of Kiev with dramatic vistas over the city totaling, totaling 27,890 gross square meters, with 127 apartments, ground floor offices and retail, three levels of below ground parking.

2. Brovary $53 The development of 9.5 hectares of land into 49,180 square meters of Class ‘A’ Warehouse and office space on a major highway junction leading in to of Kiev from the northeast and to Boryspil airport..

3. Tsymliansky $18 The development of 0.38 hectares of land in historic vastly developing Podil District, into 7,134 gross square meters of high end luxury residential and office units as well a three underground parking levels

4. Odessa $109 The site of 22.4 Ha is adjacent to the main Odessa Kiev highway only 20km from Odessa. Provisional estimates that a total of 103,000m2 of warehousing can be accommodated on the site.
