Company Objective

The Fund will invest primarily in development phase projects. Aisi Realty Capital LLC will take a hands-on-management approach to all projects and work with its partners to create value throughout the development process. The company will undertake all aspects of project development such as design, master-planning, financing, construction, and marketing.

Aisi in Kiev

AISI Realty Capital LLC opened an office in Kiev at the end of 2005, it was essential to have a point of focus with the growing number of contacts within Local Authorities and with Real Estate Agents. The office is now well established with a permanent Ex-pat Director and staff will be hired according to the workload dictated by the projects. Some services will be out-sourced and this will be considered on a project by project basis.
